It’s that time of year, again! October means that warmer, heartier meals are what are needed for the cooler winter evenings, with autumn now in full swing.
This month look forward to Halloween recipes, and plenty to pumpkins!
So get those pumpkins out, and start experimenting in your kitchen.
I’ve left this recipe for last this month, as it is starting to become chilly, and this dish does require some oven time. So, if your kitchen is no longer as hot as a tarred road, then you may want to get stuck into the kitchen and start cooking.
