Make your own Pumpkin Spice

Rather than buying a box of mixed pumpkin spice, why not try making your own?  This way you can increase your favourite ingredients, or decrease those you are not fond of.

Sprinkle pumpkin spice on smoothies; cereal; cappuccino; vegetables; add to your baked products, and also to your cooking.
