This last Tuesday of 2014, Cee’s Foto Challenge is ‘Industrial’.
These photos are once again from our adventurous road trip – 60 000km; 162 towns and cities; almost a year on the road. We survived each other and the trip!
In and around the rapidly developing cities, we saw very bad pollution. We also saw crystal clear snow water, and breathed in the clean, breath-taking beauty of the countryside.
We passed humongous wind turbines being transported around the country. In Chang Chun, we stopped for a while and played in the snow, with the locals. In the desert, we passed kilometer after kilometer of oil drills, tirelessly working away. We crossed the South China Sea on a ferry, and visited a fort in Dalian.
I have used a photo software package to enhance the photos.
You have such interesting and wonderful photos for this week’s theme. Happy New Year!
