Gluten-free Coconut Milk Marinade

Pour this deliciously creamy marinade over – chicken, beef or fish and leave to stand for a few hours to overnight, for a very tender and tasty meal.

 

Gluten-free Coconut Milk Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (or 1/2 tsp) paprika powder
  • 1 cup (250ml) of coconut milk (not from a can)

Instructions:

    1. Pour the coconut milk into a jug – measure to 250ml
    2. Add the dry ingredients
    3. Gently stir
    4. Pour over meat to marinate
    5. Once the meat has been marinated, remove from the refrigerator and cook
