Simple Summer Meal – Gluten-free Prawns / Shrimps

The second recipe from my Simple Summer Meal, is a plate full of shrimps or prawns.  They are not at all fancy, but very flavourful and also quick and easy.

I cooked these in the oven, because it was already on, but you could pan fry them, or even cook them on a barbeque.

We buy the shrimps live. I’m squeamish, and so cannot handle them when they are alive. Yes, I AM a foodie blogger! hahaha!  So, I place the bag of shrimps into the freezer for about 10 minutes, just to make sure that none of them will be jumping around the kitchen, and then remove them and proceed to prepare them.
