If you have celiac (coeliac) disease, or gluten intolerance, do you at any time cheat? In other words – do you knowingly eat a product that contains gluten, even though you know that you shouldn’t? How strict are you with your eating lifestyle? For those who are following a gluten-free diet because they choose to do so, of course, eating gluten whenever they wish to, will not adversely affect their health. However, for those of us who have no other option, and must follow a gluten-free lifestyle, cheating can do serious damage to our health.
