Do you follow an organic diet? Do you eat only foods that are unprocessed; or do you shop for the most convenient, time-saving and packaged meals? Have you ever considered how much processed food you consume daily?

In our fast-paced world, finding quick and easy; no fuss, ready-prepared meals is common.  Just pop into a grocery store on the way home – pick up some frozen pre-made food, or a tin or can of something like beans, spaghetti or vegetables.  Perhaps you grab a chocolate bar, or a bag of cookies at the cashier?
