With the start of the new year, as seen on blogs, and all over the web, those who over-indulged over the festive season are now looking for quick fixes to losing weight.
So much has changed in the almost twenty years since I started living gluten free, and the quality of commercial brands has definitely improved. There is such a huge range of pre-packaged food out there that is ‘gluten free’. However, if it is processed, in my opinion, it isn’t a healthy food choice.
