The third recipe for this New Year celebration, includes coffee. Not just any coffee, (although, if your budget is tight, then that will do), but freshly brewed, roasted coffee beans. Good coffee does make a huge difference, so, if you are able to, splurge on a good roast and enjoy it.
Amarula Coffee Liqueur (gluten free, egg free, nut free, corn free, soy free)
- Freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tots (my tot measure is tiny, as you can see), of Amarula liqueur (for two cups of coffee)
- Pour the freshly brewed coffee into a mug or glass
- Slowly pour a tot of Amarula liqueur into each glass
- Top with a fresh strawberry, or dip the glasses in white sugar to decorate
- Savour as is, or with chocolate dipped strawberries
