Kiwi, as in the fruit, not the New Zealanders 😀
Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day.
Don’t have time, you say? Of course you do!
This took me exactly five minutes to put together, and you could probably do it even quicker! With only three ingredients (that’s right, 3), how could you not possibly have time to whip up this healthy, colourful and tasty dessert for breakfast?!? Who wouldn’t want pudding for breakfast?
3 Ingredient Kiwi Breakfast Parfait (Gluten free, Egg free, Oat free, Soy free)
- One kiwi
- One small tub of plain yoghurt (135g)
- One Tablespoon of S-A-F (see below)
S-A-F: I saw this online a while back, and decided to try it. The ingredients are sunflower seeds, almonds and flax seeds. Grind them all together and sprinkle over fruit, cereals, vegetables, yoghurt, etc. You could use other seeds and nuts too.
Do you really need them? Anyway, this is what I did:
- Peel and slice up kiwi
- Layer the fruit, yoghurt and S-A-F in a glass
- Top with honey of choice
- Take spoon, and devour!
